Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt to qualify for a refund. Items received after this time will be returned to you at your cost.

Items purchased during December as a Christmas gift may be returned at any time up until the 17th of January.

Items should be unopened, free for animal hair and in an as-new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Please ensure all items are wrapped securely and we recommend that you use insured registered delivery and keep the receipt.
We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.

We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.

Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose please contact us as soon as possible, ideally sending us photos of the problem. We will usually require for the item to be returned to us for inspection. If the item has failed due to a manufacturing defect or poor workmanship we will refund your postage cost and either send you out a replacement or issue a refund.

Please note that should any item on inspection have suffered normal wear and tear or misuse it will be returned to you at your cost.

Topspec Lite Feed Balancer is a palatable, pelleted product designed for good doers in light to medium work. It is ideal for horses that are overweight when fed as part of a calorie-controlled diet.

This cereal-grain-free, low sugar and starch, ‘Non-Heating’, and high fibre formula provides a considered level of protein to help maintain muscle function without promoting body condition. It ensures horses and ponies receive their requirements of vitamins and minerals in a small amount of exceptionally low-calorie feed. It is so palatable that it can be fed on its own or with a little TopChop Lite.

Long-term trials have shown that horses and ponies on restricted or poor grazing do not gain additional weight when fed this balancer. It is suitable for horses and ponies prone to laminitis and can be fed to those undergoing veterinary care. The 15kg sack lasts a 500kg horse for 30 days or a 250kg pony for 60 days.
