Deliveries and Returns
We offer an excellent and reliable local delivery service using our own vehicles. Enter your postcode into the box in the top left of the site to see if we operate our local delivery service in your area and to check what day we deliver to you.
Delivery is free on all orders over £25, otherwise a charge of £3.50 will be applied. Orders of less than £10 will be sent via Royal Mail or Interlink Express and will be charged at the National Delivery rates as below.
Please ensure we receive your order by 2pm the day before your regular delivery day. Orders received after this time may be delayed until we are next in your area.
If you are not likely to be at home when we deliver just tell us in the comments area at checkout where we can safely leave your items. In order to be able to offer free delivery with a low minimum order we need to be able to route our vehicles in the most efficient way possible therefore we are unable to offer delivery slots or timed deliveries. in some circumstances we may be able to offer an AM or PM slot, but we will make a charge of £20 to cover our additional costs. We will also charge £20 if due to poor access to your property we need to specifically send a smaller vehicle.
Whilst our drivers are very obliging they cannot be expected to carry multiple items any distance. If you need your feed leaving any further than 10 metres away from where our vehicle can park our drivers will either require assistance to unload or the driver may at their discretion leave your items somewhere nearer the vehicle.
We aim to hold good stocks of every item listed on our website, however occasionally we may be short of stock. If we do not have the stock to fulfil your order we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option to either wait for the items to come into stock or cancel your order / items and have the money returned to your card.
National Delivery Charges:
Interlink Express (24 hour)
If you are outside of our local delivery area we can deliver your items to you on a 24 hour service using Interlink Express. Interlink, as part of the DPD group have access to the technology which predicts a 1 hour delivery timeslot. When your order is processed you will receive an email or text confirming the order and on the morning of delivery you will receive another email or text message giving you a 1 hour delivery window or the option to reschedule or have the item left in a safe place of your choosing.
Interlink delivery rates:
Up to 15kg £5.99
each additional 5kg thereafter up to 105kg + £1.00
106 - 500kg* (sent via palletways) £50.00
We currently only deliver to UK mainland (Excluding Scottish Highlands) addresses. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and the Islands of Great Britain will be subjected to further charges. For these areas please contact us for a delivery quotation.
*Maximum number of bales of hay or straw per pallet is 9 bales.
National Delivery Times:
We usually despatch items for orders placed by 1pm Monday - Friday the same day .
Whilst we take every precaution whilst packing your purchases, damages in transit can happen. On receipt of your order please check over the delivery and sign as damaged should you notice any problems.
We aim to hold good stocks of every item listed on our website, however occasionally we may be short of stock. If we do not have the stock to fulfil your order we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option to either wait for the items to come into stock or cancel your order and have all monies returned to your card.
If you think that you will be unable to be present to sign for your delivery you may rearrange the delivery or instruct the driver to leave in a safe place by responding to the email / text message from Interlink you receive on the day of delivery. If no-one is available to sign for the delivery, and alternative instructions have not been received, the driver will leave a card and return your parcel to the depot. Please follow the instructions on the card to re-arrange delivery. Please note that Interlink will only hold parcels for 5 working days after which they will be returned to us. Regrettably the cost of returning your goods to us will have to be met by you before we can rearrange delivery or process a refund.
Whilst we hope that you are delighted with your order, we understand that there are occasions you may want to return items.
You can easily notify us that you are returning an item by viewing your order under order history, then click the green arrow to select the item you would like to return.
Alternatively please contact us on 01892 532619, quoting your invoice number and we will be happy to authorise the return.

Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt to qualify for a refund. Items received after this time will be returned to you at your cost.
Items purchased during December as a Christmas gift may be returned at any time up until the 17th of January.
Items should be unopened, free for animal hair and in an as-new condition to qualify for a full refund.
Please ensure all items are wrapped securely and we recommend that you use insured registered delivery and keep the receipt.
We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose please contact us as soon as possible, ideally sending us photos of the problem. We will usually require for the item to be returned to us for inspection. If the item has failed due to a manufacturing defect or poor workmanship we will refund your postage cost and either send you out a replacement or issue a refund.
Please note that should any item on inspection have suffered normal wear and tear or misuse it will be returned to you at your cost.
