Unprecedented Demand – Covid 19
As we enter another week of disruption throughout the country we would like to reassure all of our customers that we are working hard to meet the high levels of demand.
During this time of uncertainty, we want to thank you for your patience and reassure you that we are here to support you as much as we can.
As the COVID-19 outbreak continues to affect all our lives, we wanted to reassure you that we are continuing to maintain normal business function as best as we can. This last week we have seen volumes increase in excess of 70% putting a big strain on all of the customer service, warehouse and delivery teams. This will inevitably end up with some out of stocks of the more popular lines and we are working hard with our suppliers to keep stock flowing in the right direction.
In order to prioritise our resources and keep up our levels of service, it is necessary to make the following changes to our delivery service:
1. With immediate effect we will no longer be able to process orders outside of our local delivery area. Please enter your postcode here to check if you are within our local delivery area
2. Our order cut-off time is now 12pm the working day before your scheduled delivery day. Please use the link above to check your scheduled delivery day.
Lastly, please note that our website does not reflect our stock holding, the acceptance of an order by this site does not guarentee delivery of an item. If something is of particular importance to you, please give our sales team a ring on 01892 532619 who will be able to advise on our stock levels.
